If you’ve been struggling with your weight like I have you might be interested in the 7-Day Cabbage Soup Diet. I began a search online to try to find a diet that I could adapt to my life-style. I really want to lose 30 lbs. I know that I’m not alone with my weight-struggles and wanted to share with you the Cabbage Soup Diet.
The Cabbage Soup Diet is composed of almost entirely of soups made from cabbage, tomato, celery and a few other vegetables and some fruit. You can have some meat on day 5 and 6.
Some women have claimed to have lost up to 10 lbs. in one week. It is recommended that this diet should only be followed for 7 days at a time, with at least two weeks in between.
I’m seriously thinking about trying this one to jump-start my weight lose and I love fruits and vegetables so I don’t think it would be to hard for me to follow. I’d have to make the soup though and see what it tastes like. I will keep you posted when I start and journal my experience online. Below is the Cabbage Soup Recipe if you want to try it.

They say that this diet should only be followed for 7 days at a time, with at least two weeks in between. In my opinion, this diet is a lot healthier then what I’m eating now. I don’t see why it wouldn’t be okay to stay on this diet if you added whole grains, more protein, some carbohydrates and fat. If you decide to try it let me know how it works for you. My plan is to start this next week. Wish me luck!
