Nature Box

I received the August Nature Box and the theme was, “From Around The World Snacks”. This particular selection of snacks took our taste buds on a journey around the world. Just by flavor and taste we traveled from the Mediterranean to the Far East. My family and I experienced the flavors and spices from around the globe and really enjoyed them.

The August Nature Box, “From Around The World Snacks contained the following:

Bombay Curried Cashews
Dried Fancy Figs
Maui Onion Crunch
Mexicana Mango
Far East Rice Crackers

Nature Box

My family and I had the great pleasure of taste-testing each product in our Nature Box. I want to talk a little about each product we tried and how it tasted.

Nature Box

First I want to start with the Bombay Curried Cashews. This particular product contained Curry Cashews (organic cashews, organic curry, and sea salt). Also roasted walnuts, roasted Almonds, Flame Raisins, Dried Cranberries (Cranberries, Evaporated Cane Juice, Sunflower Oil). Evaporated Apple Pieces, Sunflower Seeds and Pumpkin Seeds. This product contained no GMO’s which is a huge plus in my book. This is also a Vegan product.

Bombay Curried Cashews: Now the flavor: If you’ve ever traveled to India or dined at an Indian restaurant, you can imagine the invigorated senses you experienced from the myriad of sauces and dishes and the overwhelming smell of Curry. This particular product did have a strong Curry Flavor. I loved the invigorated taste it brought to my tongue. My son wasn’t crazy about the Curry flavor, but I think it takes a developed appreciation for spices. They were fresh and crunchy and everyone really enjoyed the unique taste. The raisins and cranberries were plump and juicy. Not dried out at all as sometimes happens when packaged with nuts.

The next snack we tried were the Dried Fancy Figs: Ingredients Dried Figs.

The Dried Figs take your taste buds on a journey from the Greek Islands to a Turkish Bazar. Dried Figs are a desert staple in the Middle East and on the coast of the Adriatic Sea. The taste of the Dried Figs were juicy and sweet. A yummy treat even my son enjoyed.

Our third snack we tried were the Maui Onion Crunch. The ingredients in the Maui Onion Crunch was: Almonds, Salt, Onions, Garlic, Cultured Whey, Sugar, Yeast, Natural Flavor(Autolyzed Yeast, Salt) Ginger, Citric Acid and unsweetened Tapioca Syrup.

This snack takes your taste buds on a journey to the Islands of Hawaii. I know what you’re thinking. Onion! Well this particular Onion is from the Maui Onion which has a sweet and savory taste. We really enjoyed the sweet taste of the Maui Onion. The Maui Onion can also be enjoyed sprinkled on top of your favorite salad as a nutritious alternative to croutons or fried wonton strips.

The Mexicana Mango. The only ingredient is the Mango and I can’t wait to say, Yummy!! Fresh, sweet, juicy and delicious. The flavor of the Mexicana Mango will take your taste buds on a journey to Mexico where the Mango Fruit is always available year round due to the subtropical weather. The flavor of the Mexicana Mango taste like a combination of nectarine, pineapple and orange. This was my favorite snack of all in the Nature Box I received.

The last snack I want to tell you about is the Far East Rice Crackers. This snack contains Rice Crackers (Glutinous Rice, Soy Sauce(Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt) Tapioca Starch, Barley Syrup, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Sesame Seeds, Seaweed, Chili) Chili Crackers (Glutinous Rice, Soy Sauce, (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt) Tapioca Starch, Barley Syrup, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder (Chili) Peas. This snack is also Vegan.

The Far East Crackers take your taste buds on a trip to the Orient. The Asian Flavors of the crunchy snack is tangy, just like the sauces you will find in the Far East. I really love Asian Foods and this was another one of my favorite snacks in my Nature Box. You can also add these to any salad to add a taste of the Orient.

My family loves trying out different and new foods and the Nature Box, full of all-natural healthy snacks with flavors from around the world, is one of their favorites to try so far.
