Yep! GREASE. Every Southern Woman’s secret ingredient. Not the healthiest way to cook a hamburger, but what else would a Southern Girl cook with?
If you’ve never had a hamburger cooked this way, you don’t know what you’re missing. We only eat these once a month. Really, I promise! LOL

My mom always cooks her hamburgers in a ton of grease. At first, I was like, really mom? Then I ate one. Oh my goodness. So good!

Oh yes she does. I’ll have to get her to make some. I love making Salmon patties but boy does it smell up the house.
