Favorite Summer Veggie Moment & Veggie Basket Giveaway
This Summer we spent a lot of time outdoors swimming, fishing and just enjoying the warm Summer months. One of my favorite things about Summer is spending time at my dads and enjoying all the vegetables he provides our family. We take weekly trips to visit my dad and while we are there he loves showing off his garden and we love it to. He provides us with so many vegetables during the Summer months which helps me provide healthy meals for my family and plenty of snack options for me as I continue on my weight-loss journey.

We had an awesome Summer with plenty of Vegetables thanks to my dad. We grilled, boiled and steamed our way through lots of vegetables. We tried a variety of different spices and oils, but our all time favorite way to eat them was with Country Crock Butter. I especially love Baked Potatoes prepared that way.
